output exe

i have an application contains :
Edit1 := First_Name
Edit2:=Last_Name
Edit3:=Adress
Button named Compile
what i want is when the user fill all the fields then he clicks on the Button Compile
the result is an Exe ( not the main Exe -Application- but a new one ) displays the the fileds Data but in Labels , he can give a title to this new Application .
at the end he can either clear the Main App fields data or save it to a File .
i have an idea but i don't know how to acheive it :
i create the 2nd application with all its Labels , then i create a Res file containg this App .
when the user clicks on the Main App compile button the res files will be modified on RunTime , is this possible ?

you can compile the code, without a compiler. but you can modifiy text in your application oder add some more text at the and of your exe. in your app. you can read this text and display them.

this will somtimes done, do code the license key into the app.

alternative, you can store these information in the registry oder a INI file. but, in that case, the information will be loose, when the computer will changed.
