Quickreport - Data disapearing when printing from a preview

Hi

I (one of my users....) have a problem with a Qreport 3.0:
All reports but one are working fine. The one not working is presented ok in preview, but not when doing a hardcopy of it from the preview window.

As I cannot recreate the error on my own system, but only have sporadic reports from a non-computer-liker-and-not-so-frequent-user, I have no means of saying whether this is also a problem when going directly for a hardcopy without doing a preview.

I suspect this to be a driver-problem. Its an older Canon b-jet.

Anyone seen this before ? Got any idea how to fix it ?

how much is the data size of that report?
compare it to the other reports!!!
