DLL ShellEx

I already know how to add a new shell to any file extension, using shell, but what I would like to do is use shellex so I can use icons and a little sub menus, like winzip, using a dll, but my problem is I don't know how to write a dll to do this task, could anyone help me with this..When you reply please include full source code??
